The Heart of ACTS is Ministry, Education and Mission through Travel. We work closely with pastors and church leaders in designing a program which will enhance the lives of the participants not only through the sites we see, but also through the people we will meet along the way. We pride ourselves on giving great care to leaders, passengers and the people of the land we are visiting. The ACTS goal is to make your journey as meaningful as possible.

Ministry

ACTS is a ministry seeking to give Christian pilgrims the opportunity to enhance their faith through travel. As a ministry we are eager to provide more than "just another tour," but rather a spiritual experience.

Education

ACTS gives special care to add educational components which will challenge our thinking and deepen our understanding of different cultures, past and present. Continuing Education credits are available.

Mission

ACTS is mission minded. We are priviledged to work with Rev. Abuna Elias Chacour through scholarships and mission work teams, as well as a new Endowment Fund, at the Mar Elias School of Reconciliation in Ibillin, Galilee.

Elias Chacour is the founder of The Mar Elias School which is nearing 30 years in existence with over 3300 students (ranging from Kindergarten through College). Abuna Chacour continues his work of reconciliation in the strained atmosphere of Israel, hoping to "change hearts, not simply institutions." His ventures are bold, often risky; Palestinian students visit kibbutzim; Jewish students live for short periods in Palestinian villages; Jewish and Palestinian educators face each other for head-to-head dialogue. ACTS is please to coordinate Mission Work Teams to the Mar Elias School and generate scholarship funds for students.

Letters from Passengers are our best testament.
